• Non-Immigrant Visas:
  We process applications for temporary visas to the United States including tourist and business visas, student visas, and temporary work visas. 

Effective January 1, 2008, the application fee for U.S. nonimmigrant visa will increase from $100 to $131. 

• Immigrant Visas:
  We accept I-130 petitions filed by American citizens resident in Azerbaijan for their foreign spouses. All interviews for immigrant visas, fiance visas, and diversity visas are conducted in Tbilisi, Georgia.

• Online Appointment System:

Announcement: Effective November 5, 2007 the consular section will no longer accept appointment requests via the telephone.  Applicants must make appointments via our online appointment system.  Please note that applicants are still required to fill out the application form online and will have to provide the barcode number to schedule an appointment.
