U.S. -Azerbaijan Education Center

The U.S.-Azerbaijan Education Center in Baku is the main destination for Azerbaijanis who want to learn about America. The Center houses all the Embassy's local and international partner organizations responsible for administering U.S. Department of State-funded educational exchange programs: IREX, ACCELS, Project Harmony, and the Baku Education Information Center (BEIC). The Center also has an American Library, with resources about studying in America and English-language books and periodicals about U.S. society and culture. Additionally, the Center has an Internet Access Training Program (IATP) site, and hosts classes, conversation groups and much, much more.
