The Public Affairs Section (PAS) carries out educational and cultural exchange programs, promotes free and independent media, and provides information on the development of democracy and civil society and on American Society. PAS works to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the United States and Azerbaijan, through events and programs that articulate U.S. foreign policy and promote greater mutual understanding.
