Online Appointment System

The Consular Section does not accept appointment requests via the telephone.  Applicants must make appointments themselves via our online appointment system.  Please note that applicants are first required to fill out the application form online and will have to use the barcode number on the 3rd page of the application to schedule an appointment. You must print out your online appointment confirmation page to gain an access to the Consular Section.

Please note: If you make more than one appointment, or appoinments with invalid data (numbers or duplicate entries) will be deleted from the online appointment system. If you were unable to remember or print out your confirmation id, the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy will not provide this information.

Announcement: Starting September 1st, 2009 the U.S. Embassy in Baku will accept visa applications from citizens of Iran and other third country-nationals not resident in Azerbaijan only on the first Thursday of each month. If you make an appointment for any other day of the month, it will be cancelled without any notice.
