Immigrant Visas (permanent)
Notice: Effective August 15, 2011, petitioners residing outside the United States will no longer be able to routinely file Forms I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, with U.S. embassies and consulates. Important Notice Regarding DV Lottery: There have been instances of fraudulent websites posing as official U.S. Government sites and sending emails to the public. Some companies posing as the U.S. Government have sought money in order to "complete" lottery entry forms. There is no charge to download and complete the Electronic Diversity Visa Entry Form. For detailed information about the Diversity Lottery Program, please visit the Department of State website, Scam Alert.
