Immigrant Visas

We accept I-130 petitions filed by American citizens resident in Azerbaijan for their Azeri spouses. However, U.S. Embassy in Baku does not process Immigrant Visa applications. All interviews for immigrant visas, fiance visas, and diversity visas are conducted in Tbilisi, Georgia. Please contact the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia for immigrant visa inquiries involving Azeri citizens.
