Required Documents for Filing I-130
Please note: We accept I-130 petitions only from American citizens resident in Azerbaijan.
I-130 Immigrant visa petition filled and signed by the petitioner for each beneficiary separately
G-325A biographical information for petitioner (4 copies)
G-325A biographical information for the beneficiary (4 copies)
Proof of citizenship of petitioner (copy of passport or naturalization certificate)
Proof of residence in Azerbaijan
Birth Certificate of beneficiary + translated and notarized copy
Marriage certificate of petitioner to beneficiary + translated and notarized copy
All previous divorce certificates of both petitioner and beneficiary + translated and notarized copies
2 recent regular 5x5sm size photos of petitioner and beneficiary (front view)
Copy of beneficiary’s and petitioner’s passport
$355 fee (for each beneficiary)
Police certificate for beneficiary from every place where he or she lived for more than 6 months (translated and notarized)*
I-864 Affidavit of Support Form filled and signed by the petitioner for each beneficiary separately (signature should be notarized)*
Last 3 year tax returns of petitioner*
Proof of present employment of petitioner*
The documents marked with (*) should be taken to the interview at the US Embassy, Tbilisi. We do not require to see them.
The petitioner and beneficiary should appear in person for initial interview by the Consular Officer at the US Embassy Baku at the time of filing an I-130 and supporting papers listed above. The US Embassy Baku will seal the whole package and FedEx it to Tbilisi at the following address:
