Bringing a Fiance to the United States

If your fiance(e) is not a U.S. citizen, the first step is to file an I-129F petition with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the United States. You must file the I-129F petition in the United States. This petition cannot be filed in Baku.
"How Do I Bring My Fiance(e) to the United States?" on the USCIS website provides a thorough explanation of the process.
You can view that document here: http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/fiance.htm Please contact the USCIS for more information.

Please note:
After USCIS approves the petition, your fiance(e) must obtain a visa at a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad. Interviews for K-1 visas are conducted at the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia, not at the U.S. Embassy in Baku.
